    Our melting system is manufactured and serviced by Yingda Company, a professional global supplier of induction furnaces. It mainly includes three modules: feeding automation, conveying automation, and casting automation.

  • Digital Precision Control

    Our intelligent controller for the melting control system can automatically preheat the furnace, accurately control sintering and the actual melting process. 

  • High-level Productivity

    Fully automatic full power response from cold charging to complete melting, thereby reducing melting costs and improving productivity. Can meet the various requirements of customer timeliness.

Advantages of 3D printing:

 

● Fully automatic casting process, software automatic simulation and error correction, automatic batching, production efficiency increased by 60% to 80%.
● For complex, special-shaped structural components (such as ribs, angles, arcs, curved surfaces, etc.), they can be produced and molded in one go with high precision. The casting wall thickness is uniform, the dimensional deviation is ≤± 0.3mm, and the yield rate reaches 100%.
● After casting, the casting is free of inclusions and has a smooth inner surface. Combined with a unique coating process, it has strong resistance to adsorption and erosion, comprehensively improving product quality and significantly increasing product service life.

In 2019, Top Company upgraded its overall casting environment, including five modules: melting, sand treatment, centrifugation, additive manufacturing, and casting cleaning. Ultimately, achieving digitalization, intelligence, and networking of the overall production.

Production Capacity of Convection Module
  • The technical center will convert the drawings and design the factory based on transportation conditions, and use Tekla for modeling and modular operations.

  • The material warehouse is responsible for cutting and preparing materials.

  • Pre-assembly work is carried out by the riveting team and supplemented by the general welding team; The deformation during the welding process is strictly controlled within 5mm.

  • The casting workshop is responsible for the operation of casting tube sheets; Strict control of concentricity.

  • Pipe plate support, pipe plate installation, and lining construction operations.

  • Pipe threading, assembly welding, and post-weld heat treatment operations are carried out by the piping workshop.

  • Conduct pressure testing by the inspection team.

  • The auxiliary team is responsible for completing the finishing work such as rust removal, cleaning, painting, packaging, etc., and storing them for transportation.
