The contract for this project was signed in July 2018. It is a pc contract. The engineering of the heating furnace was carried out by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation, and the Tuopu Engineering Center was responsible for the detailed design (including the regenerator, regenerative pressure furnace, vacuum recovery system, and waste heat recovery system).
